How It Works
The system connects to the Envision Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), which functions as a centralised monitoring hub.
Each operator console is fully equipped to manage a wide range of monitoring tasks. Operator teams undergo thorough screening, vetting, and licensing procedures, followed by a comprehensive 12-week training programme to ensure the highest level of service and compliance with British Standard response times.
